🔥 NEVER-BEFORE-SEEN CAIROLI HISTORY — RELEASED FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 31 YEARS! 🔥

What you’re about to watch is circus history.

This is the original BBC footage filmed in 1994 for the launch of the
Charlie Cairoli Appreciation Society — and it’s only ever been seen once, when it aired on TV back in the day.

Part 1 takes you right back to Blackpool with Ross King, behind the scenes in the Blackpool Tower Circus, including an intimate interview with Mrs. Cairoli herself. Then we go to the Village Hotel at Stanley Park for the official launch event, featuring Norman Barrett, Charlie Jnr and Ross King representing BBC Pebble Mill.

That alone would be a treasure…

…but now comes the real shocker.

🎥 Part 2 — The Video I Swore I’d Never Show

😂 Behind the Scenes: I Nearly Fainted on Camera

Here’s something nobody knew until now…  God only knows what the producer and Ross King were thinking!

In between the takes, Brian actually looked at me and said,
“You’ve gone white — are you going to faint?”

And he wasn’t joking!
I was 24 years old, terrified, and shaking like a leaf.
My first time on TV and I’d convinced myself I had to look confident, calm and professional… meanwhile Brian thought he was going to have to catch me!

So when the BBC later cut our interviews from the final broadcast?
I was furious — even threatened to sue them.

But honestly?
Looking back at that footage now, thank God they didn’t show it.
Because if they had aired it, I probably would have sued them!

It’s raw, it’s real, it’s embarrassing…
And it’s all part of the incredible story behind the launch of the Charlie Cairoli Appreciation Society.

Enjoy!
